Returns
Thank you for shopping with Daniel Natale, a Landscape Painter. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 21 days from your order date to make a return.
An item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. Your return does not need to include the original packing slip to be accepted.
Shipping
You will not be responsible for covering return shipping costs on all prints and paintings under 26 inches by 30 inches. To print a return shipping label, please email us.
Refunds
Your credit card will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are refundable only on (all) prints and paintings that measure less than 26 inches by 30 inches. The cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund; however, for Paintings larger than 26"x30", the price will be deducted from your refund.
